We’re back! Season 03 of Grey Areas is officially here and we couldn’t be happier to be reunited with you.
To kick us off, I'm delighted to welcome this absolute legend of New Zealand comedy, Michèle A'Court ONZM. (How fun that we can now put those big important letters after her name?!)
Whilst I'm only at the start of my 50s, Michèle's just put them in her rear view mirror. I wanted to glean some wisdom for this upcoming decade, and have a ton of laughs while we're at it, so who better to chat to?
We talk about encountering ageism, placing healthy boundaries, and the delight of creating meaningful space for others.

Thanks for your beautiful message Julie, so great to hear that the 'making space' content resonated with you as well because that kōrero has stayed with me, and I love that we can live outside of the economics of scarcity. There is enough to go around, let's make space for one another. Loving this season of expansion outside of our own needs and wants. Ngā mihi ki a koe
Loved this episode for so many reasons. It made me feel good about getting older. I especially found it interesting to hear Michelle talk about thinking less about herself now and more about how she can help to make space for and support others. I'm still in my mid-forties but can feel my focus on myself shifting towards thinking more about what I could be doing for others now that I'm more settled in my life.
